Brickhouse Bar & Grill Hosts Sensory-Friendly Celebration for National Autism Acceptance Day
Front Royal, VA – Brickhouse Bar & Grill is proud to host its first-ever Sensory-Friendly Celebration in honor of National Autism Acceptance Day on April 2, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This special evening offers a welcoming space for neurodivergent individuals and their families, while promoting awareness, inclusion, and understanding.
Guests can enjoy a delicious meal while children explore sensory bins, a painting station, a playdough station, and interactive sensory toys in a supportive, inclusive atmosphere. The focus is on celebrating the neurodivergent community and fostering acceptance and education about autism and sensory-friendly spaces.
“This is about acceptance and awareness. Many don’t know ABA therapy is available in Front Royal—you no longer have to travel for help. Brickhouse is for everyone, from kids to adults, offering a variety of programs for all needs. As a dad of a child with autism, it’s important to teach people about the spectrum, but it’s also incredible to have a place where my son’s uniqueness is celebrated, not seen as a burden. There’s nowhere else around that truly embraces people on the spectrum, and we at Brickhouse are excited to be the first and look forward to more gatherings like this,” Toby Brown, General Manager.
By joining us, guests will enjoy a fun-filled evening while helping raise awareness about sensory-friendly spaces and the importance of neurodiversity acceptance in our community.
The celebration is free and open to the public, and everyone is welcome. Let’s come together to support and celebrate the neurodivergent superheroes in our lives!
