Jan 3, 2020, Candgnews.com (Oakland County, MI) : Reset Room opens at Warren Woods Tower High School https://www.candgnews.com/news/reset-room-opens-at-warren-woods-tower-high-school-116399 WARREN — On Dec. 16, a grand opening unveiled the Pure Michigan-themed Reset Room at Warren Woods Tower High School. The Reset Room is a place where faculty and students experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or sensory dysregulation can go when they need to decompress. The room has a hammock, a wheelchair-accessible tent, a starlight projector, a sound machine, a fabric lake, interactive wellness walls and a zen garden…. Through a leadership class, students from the WWTHS Wellness Committee donated calming activities and materials. WWTHS occupational therapy students assisted with finishing and assembling painted pieces on the interactive wildlife wall and also made pillows for the wheelchair-accessible tent. The Michigan Design Center donated fabric for the project.
