A Warwickshire organisation dedicated to supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities is expanding its base at Holly Walk House in Leamington Spa, after just months as a tenant.

Bright Outcomes moved into Warwickshire County Council’s business centre in December 2025, and has now taken on extra space to keep pace with growing demand for its services.

The organisation was set up to help young people who struggle to attend mainstream school or college, offering alternative education that combines personalised learning, wellbeing support, and life skills training. Its aim is to help students rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning, and move towards positive futures.

Councillor Rob Howard, the council’s Portfolio Holder for Economy and Rural Development, welcomed the news, saying it was fantastic to see Bright Outcomes thriving and expanding at Holly Walk House just months after becoming a tenant, and praised the difference the organisation makes to young people with SEND across the county. He added that the growth reflected the wider purpose of the county’s business centres, giving organisations the space and support they need to succeed, create impact, and contribute to Warwickshire’s economy and communities.

Andi Hillman, founder of Bright Outcomes, said the business centre now acts as the organisation’s head office, giving staff, who work across various locations, a professional base for meetings, coordination, and administration. She explained that having this central hub has been central to the organisation’s growth, allowing the team to work more efficiently, build stronger structures, and extend its reach, all while keeping the quality of support for young people high.

Holly Walk House is one of several business centres run by Warwickshire County Council, offering flexible, affordable workspace to businesses, charities, and organisations across the county. Its town-centre location in Leamington gives tenants access to quality facilities and a well-connected business community.
