(UK) Slough: New special school for 35 will address "growing regional demand" for SPED

A new specialist school offering early years and Key Stage 1 specialist education for three to seven year olds with autism, complex communication and sensory needs, has opened in Slough. Hillingdon Manor School will teach 35 pupils from Slough, the Royal Borough and further afield areas of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Surrey will be taught at the school. The school was opened in response to growing regional demand for specialist provision and will provide small class sizes between six to ten children, supported by a teacher and two teaching assistants in each class. …
