Dec 14, 2018, Portsmouth News: New special school plan https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/education/new-special-school-plan-1-8740677 THE DEPARTMENT for Education has confirmed that a new free school for children with special educational needs will open in Portsmouth in 2021. The school will be run by Delta Education Trust and be located on the site of the former Wymering Community Centre in north Portsmouth.
