(UK) Plymouth mom raises money for sensory room to help autistic/overwhelmed students

The Parents and Friends of Oreston Academy (PFOA) took the idea to the school in January which was swiflty approved, and they've already raised more than half of the £500 [$644] needed. Mum Lauren Jordan approached the group about setting up a space in the school which would support all children's emotional and mental wellbeing. The relaxing room will be a safe space for children to go when they feel overwhelmed - with the key insight of helping autistic children.
