H&F Council has created 40 new places for children with autism at two local primary schools
From September, both Brackenbury and Wormholt Park primary schools will offer extra help to students with additional needs, allowing them to stay in mainstream schools with their peers and get the support they need close to home.
Best place to grow up – for every child
Every primary school in H&F is already rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. These new spaces mean more of our children can benefit from that, whatever their needs.
Parents and teachers at each school told us they wanted to see more support – which is why we invested in these new spaces for children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for autism. . . .
