S. central England ANDOVER town council has given its support to a planning application put forward by a special education needs school to allow it to expand. As previously reported, Icknield School, on River Way, has applied for planning permission to build a three-classroom extension with associated toilet facilities and a hygiene room. It comes as the school, which caters for pupils with special educational needs, is due to provide an additional ten pupil places according to Hampshire County Council, after plans for its expansion was approved by Cllr Roz Chadd earlier this year….
