She was arrested on multiple felony terrorism charges. The 21-year-old special education student was charged in March with two counts of making a terroristic threat. She was a student at Edison Tech High School at the time and graduated while still incarcerated, last month. She pleaded guilty to third-degree falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor, on June 27 in Monroe County Court. … While Hernandez's parents have offered no specifics about her disability, they say she has special needs and is very dependent on her family.
