Andover (MA) Eagle-Tribune: Parents, students seek more school money as Jajuga announces $4M deficit …The school department’s current budget was approved last year at $72 million, a $1.47 million cut from the year prior. Superintendent of Schools Judith Scannell at the time warned city officials an influx of students with special education needs could destabilize that budget.
