Worcester-based autism services provider Behavioral Concepts has opened its sixth Central Massachusetts learning center in Sturbridge.

The Sturbridge Learning Center at 179 Main St. offers applied behavior analysis therapy for children with autism ages 1-12, according to a March 16 press release. The center provides ABA therapy both on-site and in-home, in addition to parent education, diagnostics, and early intervention.  . . .

The Sturbridge Learning Center offers a preschool-readiness option for children ages 3-5 called the Launchpad Learning Program. Launchpad supports children as they transition from one-on-one to group learning settings. With a 3-to-1 staff-to-child ratio, the program splits the day in two, offering a half day of group activities and a half day of individual instruction. . . .

“We are excited to have the opportunity to partner with new families by expanding our services in Worcester County,” Delgado said.

Behavioral Concepts is part of LEARN Behavioral, a Baltimore-based network of autism treatment providers with more than 100 learning centers nationwide.

Behavioral Concepts operates 16 learning centers and two offices in Massachusetts, according to the organization’s website. Its Central Massachusetts locations include Framingham, Littleton, Worcester, Fitchburg, and Sturbridge.
