A building previously occupied by Lincoln Public Schools now houses a new location for Lighthouse Autism Center.

Lighthouse Autism Center signed a lease last spring for 8,400 square feet of space in the former school building at 8400 Cody Drive in Lincoln, Nebraska. Lighthouse offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, speech therapy, autism diagnostic testing, parent training, pre-academic learning and more.

The deal has been selected as the lease of the year for Lincoln by a panel of local industry professionals as part of the 2025 CoStar Impact Awards. . . .
