May 26, 2025, KFOX14, El Paso, TX: Proud Moments ABA opens in Las Cruces, expanding autism therapy access to families
LAS CRUCES, N.M. — Proud Moments ABA, a new facility in Las Cruces, has opened its doors to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. Sarah Baca, a marketing relations specialist with the company, says the evidence-based treatment focuses on improving communication, social skills, behavior, and daily living. . . .
For Baca, the mission is also personal—her own son is on the autism spectrum and has benefited from ABA therapy. . . .
Proud Moments ABA has expanded into the New Mexico market with locations in Albuquerque, Los Lunas, and Belen.
"Now adding Las Cruces is very special to us," Baca said.
Baca emphasized the importance of resources for families.
"I want families to have hope, and I think one of the biggest ways to have that hope is to know that there’s resources for them, and there’s help so we can get them into services," she said.
