Nov 10, 2025, WKTN, Kenton, OH: Sensitive Santa
The Autism Life Center will host its fourth annual Sensitive Santa event on Saturday, December 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the UNOH Event Center (Crystal Room).
The all-inclusive holiday celebration is designed to be a sensory-friendly experience for people of all ages and abilities. Santa will arrive around 5:15 p.m. and read “The Night Before Christmas” at 6 p.m. Santa will quietly walk through the room, greeting families with smiles, high-fives, handshakes, or hugs. No loud bells or “Ho Ho Ho’s”, just gentle holiday cheer. Families can visit with Santa on their own time and take free photos.
Guests can also enjoy snacks, drinks, crafts, games, and live music played softly in the background to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
