The board approved them at its March 19 meeting as part of an ongoing effort to address the social and emotional needs of students. At the March meeting, Superintendent Glenn Gelbrich said increased trauma and adverse childhood experiences show up in student behavior, which requires “more time, more support (and) more investment.”
