(Ireland) Sligo: 2 special schools expand therapy support in-house

Two Sligo schools have been added to a list set to benefit from the expansion of the Education Therapy Service.

The ETS is expanding to a further 19 special schools across nine counties with St Cecilia's School and St Joseph's Special School in Sligo added.

The ETS is a standalone commitment under the Programme for Government and represents a major cross-departmental initiative to embed therapy supports within school communities

The service is being delivered by the National Council for Special Education.
