What will happen in another 4 years? How can we go on like this? This is a national (and international) problem of monumental proportions. We have an entire new class of children who cannot be accommodated by the system: many are manifestly neurologically impaired. Meanwhile, the government and the medical profession sleep on regardless.

A new autism facility will cut the ribbon in Evansville at noon.

Unifi Autism Care will officially open its doors on West Illinois Street to serve children with autism and their families.

Officials say the facility is over 15,000 square feet and will help redefine how behavioral therapy is delivered and will support the local economy by creating around 70 new jobs.
