There are 89 more students designated level 2 special needs and 21 for level 3. Trustees were shocked by the increase. “With 89 students with a level 2 designation. That’s exponentially high,” said trustee David Tod. Trustee Alison McVeigh asked why Langley saw such an increase. “Is this new students or students with new identifications?” she asked. Secretary-treasurer Brian Iseli said he believes it is a combination of both.
