The Children’s Clinic of Western New York "will provide outpatient mental health counseling and psychiatry services for children and adolescents ages 5-21 and families living in Erie or Niagara counties," spokesman Brendan Hoare said. Hoare said the clinic's services "are designed to assist children experiencing abuse, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, family changes, school difficulties and trauma." …
