We’re told that the idea for the event came from a mother with an autistic son.
…And the Aberdeen water park isn’t the only business to expand its accessibility. Golden Ticket Cinema in Aberdeen has also recently implemented sensory-friendly movie screenings. …
The sensory-friendly event will take place from noon to 1 pm tomorrow, before the water park opens to the rest of the public.
Aberdeen Aquatic staff say they hope they can continue the event next year.
